Everyone is very kind and professional. Dr Park and and all the dental assistants are amazing, very welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended. The office manager DJ is very friendly and helpful.

I was a first time patient and was very happy with my care. The exam was very thorough and Dr. Park explained everything to me using photographs and X-rays. The exam rooms are spacious and well equipped with high tech technology. Parking is free and easily accessible. Highly recommend..

I've been coming here for awhile but my past two visits really bothered me. My family and I comes to this location because they are fast, understanding and if you come in a little early they will get you in but this morning. My daughter and I had 8am appointments. We both came in at 7:30. Literally the only ones sitting in the waiting room. 3 other guest came in and they were called back immediately. I'm confused, if we were the first ones here, why are we the last to be called back for simple teeth cleaning.

It was my very first visit to Alexandria Dental Group office and it was the most comfortable I've felt in a very long time.Dr Yim is a gem, Anaz was my hygienist and she was on top of her job from start to finish. BJ went over the plan after the consultation and xrays and took her time explaining the results of both. The receptionist was very nice and her personality filled the room with a overwhelming calm. I didn't get her name. The office was very clean and everyone was neatly attired and just so professional. From my first visit I am very impressed. It is so true, a first impression is a lasting one. The receptionist set the tone. Thank you everyone for a pleasant experience just for that day. Thank you for this forum where everyone has the opportunity to share their honest views be they negative or positive. What matters is either way. its what matters to the person giving the review. Thank you everyone for your honesty and your courage. Negative reviews are real and can only make a business take note of their shortcomings, and make them better if they are really taking them to heart. Reviews can make or break a business. Since I started using Alexandria Dental Group a few years ago, I have had nothing but excellent visits. I have recommended family and friends and they absolutely love the practice. Dr. Yim & all her staff are great & very personable. Most pain free dentist ever and the office is beautiful & modern.
